Adam CashenYoung Adults & Creative Ministry
I'm stepping into full-time ministry to reach the next generation of Orange County through music, community, and discipleship. I can't do it alone. I'm building a team of monthly partners to make it possible.
"Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise."
Psalm 98:4From late nights to full time.
Music was always the tool. Young adults were always the mission.
I'm a father and an independent hip-hop artist, producer, and engineer here in Orange County. I founded Jesus & Hip Hop, a collective of artists using music to plant seeds and point young people back to Christ. The music tells real testimonies, from darkness to light.
For years I've done this ministry after hours. I work at a local school district during the day and a caregiving job at night, and I write, record, mix, and plan events after everyone's asleep. God has been faithful in that season. But the doors opening now need more than my leftover hours.
The OC Dream Center family has invited me to come alongside them to help reach the young adults who aren't in church: leading young adult ministry, hosting a monthly creative night, and building a recording studio where young artists get discipled, not just recorded.
To say yes full time, I'm raising a team of ministry partners who give monthly. If you've ever seen what one song, one open mic, or one honest conversation can do in a young person's life, I'd love for you to be part of this.

The vision.
Young Adults
Rebuilding a young adult community from the ground up: weekly connection, mentorship, and a place where 18–30 year-olds actually want to show up.
Kingdom Creatives
A recurring open mic and network night for music, poetry, comedy, preaching, and worship. A free, open door for artists who'd never walk into a Sunday service.
The Studio
A recording studio built for Christian artists, with fair rates, professional engineering, and set-aside hours given freely for ministry.
Artist Discipleship
Free artist development for talented young people who lack studio access or production skills, building them up to carry the gospel through their gifts.
Do Not Be Afraid
DNBA, our annual Halloween-night outreach with live music, worship, and an altar call. It's a bold alternative that brings the city in, not out.
Outreach
I travel and perform often at outreach events, spreading the gospel everywhere I go. I take this music and message into churches, campuses, and streets across SoCal and beyond, alongside the Dream Center's outreach programs.
Give monthly.
Monthly partners are the foundation that makes full-time ministry possible. Every amount matters, and consistency matters most.

Not just money.
Pray
Pray for open doors with young adults, for the artists coming through the studio, and for my family as we step out in faith.
Show Up
Come to a Kingdom Creatives night or DNBA. Bring a friend, especially one who doesn't go to church.
