From devastating blazes like the Airport and Palisades Fires to winter storms and local emergencies like the Garden Grove incident, every second counts when crisis hits our region.
That is why the O.C. Dream Center is leading the OC Disaster Response Network—a unified coalition designed to prepare, coordinate, and act before and during crisis moments.

OC Disaster Response Network

Founded in 2026, the Disaster Response Network (DRN) is a initiative spearheaded by the O.C. Dream Center alongside local pastors, ministry leaders, and community advocates across Orange County.

Built on the conviction that unity defines our impact, this network connects over 30 churches and regional organizations to coordinate communication, align resources, and prepare actionable response plans before crisis hits.

By replacing fragmented, redundant efforts with a clear, collaborative strategy, we ensure our community receives immediate, organized, and practical support when it matters most.

Our Strategic Approach:

When a crisis occurs, well-meaning, isolated efforts can lead to confusion and wasted resources. The OC Disaster Response Network (OCDRN) addresses this challenge through a clear, pre-coordinated strategy built around three core pillars:

We equip our network with standardized emergency protocols and specialized training.
When a disaster hits, our partners already know where to go, what to do, and how to deliver maximum impact without overlapping efforts.
We deploy a streamlined, multi-phase relief plan to meet immediate and ongoing needs:
- Immediate Relief: Rapid distribution of hot meals, emergency kits, food, clothing, and essential supplies.
- Long-Term Recovery: Sustained support through debris clearance (ash-outs), home remediation, and rebuilding efforts to stabilize families for the long haul.
